Cancellation Policy

Please note that any order modifications or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
After this period, your order may already be processing and we might not be able to make any changes or cancellations.

If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.


Return Policy

We provide a 14-day return window for unused items returned in their original packaging.
Refunds will not be issued for used, worn, or damaged items caused by normal use or misuse.

If a non-approved item is returned without a valid reason or outside the 14-day timeframe, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.

To start a return, please email us within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and the reason for your return.
All returns must be approved by our team before you ship the item back.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Please include your order number and full name in your return parcel to help us process it quickly.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs, except for items damaged on arrival.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection.
After approval, please allow up to 40 business days from the confirmation date for the refund to appear in your account.

If you haven’t received your refund after we confirm it has been processed, please contact your financial institution.

All refunds are processed in Pounds Sterling (£GBP) as per the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for any bank or currency conversion fees.


Product Concerns

We take product safety and satisfaction seriously.
Please use our products safely and according to the instructions provided on the packaging and website.

Failure to follow usage guidelines may result in damage or injury, for which we cannot be held responsible.
Any refund or replacement in such cases will be at our discretion.

Damaged Items

All products are carefully packaged to avoid damage during shipping.
An item is considered damaged if it arrives with a defect or physical breakage.
Please note: minor packaging damage (like a dented box) when the product itself is intact does not qualify as product damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a clear photo of the issue.
We will determine eligibility for a replacement at no extra cost.

We do not issue refunds or accept returns for items damaged through normal wear and tear or misuse.


Shipping and Delivery

We always aim to deliver your order quickly; however, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

If you encounter delivery issues, please contact the courier directly.
We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels once they have been dispatched.
